It’s why we have zoning laws dumbass

And those zoning laws can also be changed if the local government desires.

Not a hint of infrastructure problems? Isn't that special.
Neighborhoods have utilities and water and sewer. Let's take single family homes and replace them with eight family homes. Need lots more water, and lots more sewer capacity and power and gas. Tear up the streets, replace what's been there, and expect the street repairs to be free.
More school rooms, more hospitals, more parking less grass.

Fluster cluck thy name is Maryland.

A major reason why we have a housing shortage, especially in California, is over regulation.

We need less regulation to promote building more housing so that the value of housing decreases substantially and becomes more affordable and based in market, not government, forces

of the problems with a growing population is that there is only so much earth for homes

Deporting all of the illegals as well as those granted asylum under false pretenses will open up a lot of housing.

You just got done saying you have the right to build whatever you want on on your property and then said if you don’t like zoning laws move.

You are literally too stupid to debate

You seem to need a basic primer on it.

Less government is not communism.

Communism relies on more government, especially regulations on private property

Are you supporting more or less government?

I’m not seeing how that’s contradictory? Wtf? If you’re living on a .25 acre lot and you’re not happy with what your neighbors are doing next door, you should buy more land or deal with it.

Eric Holder was the Attorney General, not IRS Commissioner.

I would get together with some friends and go to their meeting and advise them if they vote for this, we will pool our money and buy out their next-door neighbors and put apartments at those locations.

This is how it is done.

If I lived there and had the money, I would he doing that the second this passed.

If I lived there and did not have the money, I would eventually sue the City for damages if that type of construction caused my home value to collapse.

Ok, let's take this nice and slow:

1. County Planning Board wants to change long-standing zoning laws to essentially abolish single-family neighborhoods. = MORE GOVERNMENT

2. County government encouraging certain types of housing construction and even offering incentives - MORE GOVERNMENT

3. County government NOT changing zoning laws in areas like Potomac, MD where they (board and council members) live and which is a very exclusive area = PROTECTING THE POLITBUREAU = COMMUNISM

Any more questions?!?!

Removing regulations is decreasing government

Sounds like the free market is correcting problems the aforementioned regulations created

You just don't like the free market results so you want daddy government to come in and disrupt the market in your favor

Why should I be harmed and have to move because of your actions?

Maybe you should stop and go somewhere else?
