That’s fair, the community policing / social work > policing is what really ramped up post Floyd.
I’d argue the biggest impact to local sentencing was actually back when Soros / Open Society starting placing DAs and judges in urban areas who created the revolving door sentencing.

Give me a break. Mississippi's education system is fine.
But even if it wasn't, education is what you make of it. I promise you these guys never paid attention in class, were disruptive, and they never did their homework. I can also promise you that their parents never taught them how to respect education, and how to support themselves without leeching or stealing from others.
Enough excuses. Whites, asians, and hispanics are also in underperforming schools, and they don't have NEARLY the poor outcomes black kids have. This is a longstanding systemic problem in the community.

It's horrible parenting. Ya got single moms instilling zero impulse control, and blaming white people for everything negative in their lives. Their kids grow up wanting to "break the cycle" and not let those white devils hurt them. Those kids will have kids and pass that same dumb shite down to their kids. It's neverending. Just generation after generation after generation being indoctrinated to hate the mythological white devil... that ghetto blacks see in every white person.
I like the ones who truly believe since the laws were created by white people, they don't apply to black people. So when black people are held accountable for laws they break, they view it as racially targeting them. This is a very small sub group of ghetto culture, but their insanity is hilarious.
