2/3 of each legislative body and 3/4 of state legislatures (or state conventions) to amend the Constitution.

Adding/reducing the number of seats on SCOTUS is a simple legislative process, but to add term limits for the justices or remove presidential immunity would take amendments.

I don't see 38 state legislatures agreeing to anything at an amendment level these days.

I actually don't mind term limits on Supreme Court justices. Term Limits everywhere work for me

Both by 2/3rds majority and be ratified by the states

Just like congressional term limits never happening

Yes, by super majorities. Will never happen.

But the old bastard is well enough to rewrite the constitution and can't campaign?

So they get to rule if it's constitutional or not unless they amend the constitution.

the Supreme Court including term limits for justices and a more binding ethics code.

Let’s require Congress to pass these for themselves first before they can do it for the Supreme Court.

Leftist don't like the current make up of the USSC so, like children, they want to change it. They want to add to the number of Justices. But when you ask any of them what the appropriate number should be they don't really have a concrete answer. That's because their ACTUAL answer is "however many Justices it takes to secure a leftist majority". I promise you, the current number of 9 would be just fine if there was a leftist majority.

They are like that loser kid who wanted to play you in a game of one-on-one basketball. At the outset of the game it was agreed that the first to 21 wins. Of course, when you started kicking his arse and the score was 19-10 he suddenly and forcefully wanted to change the wining score from 21 to 25. And the demands to increase would continue for as long as he was losing. But, if you played the game with him a week later and he was close to reaching 21 any suggestion of increasing the winning margin would be soundly ridiculed and mocked...with absolutely ZERO sense of hypocrisy.

And is totally unconstitutional without a Constitutional Amendment.

This is 100% political in nature in order to get the loony left motivated!

FDR didn't get slapped down over the constitutionality. It was because everyone agreed that it was a naked power grab, (just as it is now). I'm pretty certain the Constitution doesn't set a number.

Leftist like to use the courts to implement their policy objectives because they know their policies are not popular with the American people and will not pass congress. They had a pretty good run for the last 40-50 years but the Dobbs and Chevron Deference decisions kicked them in the nuts now they want to rearrange the courts to their advantage again.

A. It will never happen
B. Even if it happens, it'll be years from now, and Biden will be taking his dirt nap by then.

Probably could live with 18 year terms for SC Justices, but the immunity thing is just stupid. As a President you want that type af guarantee or you'll have the potential of banana republic reprisals from both sides. You want the President protected from prosecution for official acts while President, regardless of party.

FJB feels no threat from this change.
Not that he is free from felonious activity, but his doj will never go after him. The republicans wont either because they are afraid of democrats.
