Joe and Dems know, but will never admit, that disproportionate spending by gov and yes, PROFILING was designed specifically to target poor minority communities as a means to direct more money to those areas which were affected by crime the most.
So when anyone cries 'defund the police', they're really telling the world to make life harder for the poor.
Because higher crime rates increase the cost of living. Less police = more crime, which drives rates up.
Again, Joe KNOWS this, but would rather mindlessly pander and ignite racial strife than find solutions.

I’m sorry but there are many factors that go into insurance rates and face isn’t one of them. All things the same…you’re going to pay more for things like uninsured motorist and comprehensive coverage in the ghetto and more for liability in an area like Mountain Brook(Bham area ritzy place)…but of course other things go into it like driving record, credit, claims rate for the area, yada.
Common sense would go a long way in this though. Places with a high crime rate and lots of uninsured drivers will have a higher rating for UIM and Comp coverage. Duh!

All insurance should be available in all 50 states in order to create a larger pool which keeps rates consistent nationwide!!

Black community, for the last 40+ years, has been given so many handouts and opportunities... Yet they're still more impoverished than other races in America... Many stand around with their hand out waiting on more from the government... So, the politicians just go in there and pander to this behavior... And the black community eats this up, keeps voting for Democrats, and keeps teaching this same behavior to their kids.
