Well you can’t develop the other side and raise property values. That’s racist too.
And what about the different rates for insurance based off of sex?

So if I live in a neighborhood where lots of cars are stolen, vs one where very few are stolen. . .my cost to insure against theft is higher?

You’re paying for neighborhood, schools, lack of crime, and access to shopping, etc. This is taught to you as soon as you become an adult.
