Just for clarification purposes, a ton, I'd imagine the vast majority, of J6 defendants were given pretrial release, too.

Revealed: majority of people charged in Capitol attack aren't in ...
Approximately 70% of individuals charged in the January 6 Capitol riot were released on pretrial bond. Conversely, about 15% were denied bail and remained in custody, particularly those facing more serious charges like assault or obstruction. This pretrial release rate is generally higher than for many other federal cases.
Key Details on Jan. 6 Pretrial Release:
Release Percentage: Roughly 70% to 90% (varying by study period) of defendants were released while awaiting trial.
Detention Rates: Only a small minority (around 10-15%) were held in long-term pretrial detention.
Characteristics of Detained: Those remaining in jail were typically accused of violent acts or were part of organized groups like the Proud Boys.
Context: While many were released, those in detention were often held in restrictive, 23-hour-a-day isolation, which drew significant attention and concern.

And I wish we could put a stop to that stuff.

Kind of like all The Leftist claiming a 5 year old was used for bait to catch illegals.

Social Media should put out a disclaimer to any monetized news sites that says if your post is deemed non-factual, your monetization will be suspended for 30 days, second offense 120 days, and 3rd time fully removed.
The shite posting for click bait is beyond out of control

Man these tweets from these grifting bozos is so annoying

FWIW, as far as I know none of the FACE Act defendants persecuted by the Biden administration's post-Dobbs fit were denied pretrial release.

I don't fault anyone for making the argument that William Kelly is a terrorist psychopath, but I doubt there was enough in front of the Court to change the norm here.

If we dont fix this, our country will continue to decline. Law and order is the main fabric.

The only legal avenue is judicial impeachment, which our governing Congress is not willing to embrace. The next step is a complete overhaul of our Congress critters, which is a greater obstacle than you can imagine. We would need Trump or Elon to fund this and make things happen. Absent this, we need candidates to oppose these shite heads in the primaries that are coming up in a month or two.

Spoiler: nobody has come forward prior to December 8, 2025 (the filing date for offices in the November elections) that has the backing of any freedom based organized group.

We are stuck with this for the next 2 years.

My advice in the primaries is to vote out incumbents wherever you find them. Give a new person a chance.

But remember, now. There's absolutely nothing to this ridiculous concept of lawfare. It's just a phony, made-up term.

Am I doing it right, you-know-who?

I'll say one thing for Soros. He's evil, but he isnt stupid. He concocted a plan many years ago to buy not only judges, but officials at the state and local level, too.

No. Why would they need to be released?

If it’s a bail hearing, all that matters is the judge deciding whether or not these people are likely to show up for court if released and whether they are likely to be a threat to public safety if released.

That last one probably looks at criminal history.

Sure, why not save jail space for truly dangerous people?

No bail required.

Most federal judges would've required a 5 to 10k bond but she just let them go on their own recognizance

Released as in no bail? Or charges dropped?
I would imagine just released on bail, which honestly is standard practice for these type of charges.

I don’t think a judge can just drop charges.

Liberal white women and men are a threat to our country. I truly don’t understand their beliefs outside of blackmail or bribery. They are constantly ruling against the law and their best interest.
