Released pending trial. I am sure they'll be model citizens in the interim.

TDS and international funding make them a flight risk.
Do you understand that she is a nomad, just following the protests. No ties to the jurisdiction of the federal crime.
She needs to stay under lock and key.

There are models that work a lot better for lesser crimes than bond. It's just that we have the combination of an archaic system built around a pre-Industrial society/technology state, and a portion of our population who sees the CJ system only as a way to punish.

Where else have these 2 ladies lived before moving to Minnesota? And how many years ago was that?
Why would they flee when the most likely sentence for the charges offense is 0-6 months in prison or probation? They are civil rights activists. They will wear their convictions as a badge of honor.

Fine, release them .... but first attach one of those tracker collars to them so we can track everywhere they go and raid those locations. Also if they remove the collar, they are immediately picked up with extra charges and no possibility of early release again.
you wanted 'em released, they were released
you wanted 'em released, they were released

One trespassed and the other prayed. But you don't see the difference.

Minnesota is a state dumbass. They have no times to the specific jurisdiction of the crime. One has less than a decade with no family in the area.
Zero reason to let them out. They are flight risks. And Lemon needs to join them.

That’s normally reserved for dangerous people.
At most these cows would only be able to crush a bag of Doritos.

The left doing things like this is going to eventually lead to more outside the law revenge from both sides. The left can’t help but be pieces of shite that ruin every field they touch

A. You're not being honest with the facts. The abortion lady did more than pray.
quote:
On June 19, 2020, and June 20, 2020, WILLIAMS threatened and used force against patients and staff members at a reproductive health center located in lower Manhattan (the “Health Center”) and blocked patients and staff members from accessing the Health Center. In one instance, and as captured on video, WILLIAMS pressed her body against the door of the Health Center’s patient entrance and refused to move, preventing a Health Center volunteer from entering the Health Center. As a Health Center staff member (“Victim-1”) attempted to open the door for the volunteer, WILLIAMS purposefully leaned against the door, crushing Victim-1’s hand. Victim-1 yelled, “She’s crushing my hand,” but WILLIAMS remained against the door, trapping Victim-1’s hand and injuring it.
At various times on June 19 and 20, 2020, WILLIAMS stood directly in front of the Health Center entrances. WILLIAMS initially blocked the main entrance used by patients, causing the Health Center to have to divert patients to enter through the staff entrance. WILLIAMS responded by moving to block the staff entrance and directing others to do the same.
WILLIAMS livestreamed some of her conduct on June 19 and 20, 2020, on a social media account. On the livestream on June 19, 2020, WILLIAMS stood within inches of the Health Center’s chief administrative officer and threatened to “terrorize this place” and warned that “we’re gonna terrorize you so good, your business is gonna be over mama.” Similarly, WILLIAMS stood within inches of a Health Center security officer and threatened “war.” WILLIAMS also stated that she would act by “any means necessary.”
B. Your dishonesty is non-responsive, regardless.

You are correct but people are too emotional to care about silly things like the truth or reality

You’re going to wish you could edit that. Let me get you a mirror for that dumbass remark.
The entire state is the District of Minnesota. That’s the prosecuting jurisdiction. LINK The District Court for the District of Minnesota has jurisdiction over federal crimes committed in Minnesota.

They are not flight risks. They live in the jurisdiction and have ties to their community.

You are so prone to saying dumb and hyperbolic things, I’m surprised you are not a liberal.
These ladies just behaved like any other entitled ghetto trash. They only wanted to be loud and put on an obnoxious performance. By all accounts they were unarmed.
Can we reserve the terrorist label for truly dangerous people intent on killing others? Is that too much to ask Karen?

There’s got to be a creative way to get these people into a deep red district with a conservative judge. Just figure it out, like the left always does
That’s the whole point. It shouldn’t be necessary to find a deep red district judge to interpret the LAW. This isn’t complicated. They marched into a church service, shut it down with their paid protestor nonsense, and basically forced the congregation to leave. I’m not an attorney, but I saw the charges, and there is no way the law could be interpreted to just put these people right back out there to do what they do. It’s madness.

We got their names! It’s time to take it to the streets.
