As I said before, I know several moderates with some R tendencies that fricking DESPISE trump. Just pure unadulterated hate that they would crawl over broken glass to vote against.

I don’t get it but it’s a huge thing.

The MSM made him out to be a carpet-bagging TV doctor who was a clown. When you make the race about your opponent and a referendum on them then your opponent will lose.

There are plenty of reasons to criticize Fetterman, but attacking the oratorical skills of a stroke victim is not going to win hearts and minds.

And McCormick would have beat him. Nominating a celebrity TV doctor was always incredibly stupid.

Trump’s odd fascination with celebrity.

the majority of republican candidates were massively outspent. Money matters

Dims passed spending bills that lined their election pockets with our money. How do R's fundraise against that?

You idiots love excuses and victimhood olympics. Mfer drools for God's sake. Stroke, retardation, whatever the case, he shouldn't be running.

How can this only be true for republicans? By every objective measure fetter man and Hobbs were all time worst candidates. One had a stroke and the other refused to debate So how is it only true for republicans?

Because it’s relative. Fetterman and Hobbs are longtime politicians, and relative to the average Dem candidate, they’re pretty typical. Meanwhile, Oz and Lake are trying to be Trump 2.0 in states where regardless of the circumstances, Trump lost in 2020. Why try it again in 2022?

I know a lot of these people. Small business owners. Educated people married to an educated spouse.

The professional class doesn't find Trumpism palatable.

I despise Fetterman, I think that he’s a jerk and a bully, and I would have voted for Oz,but don’t underestimate how much people dislike Oz.
People up there saw him as a carpetbagger, from the hated NJ.
My mother was telling me 15 years ago, what a snake oil salesman Oz was. Thousands of people had made up their minds about him years ago, and nothing was going to change that.

Yeah the TV doctor who sold "miracle weight loss" drugs and who lived in another state was a great decision.

which is really strange because in terms of actual politics he's exactly like the people they do like. Heck in terms of actual politics he's closer to them than some of the people they actually like. It's the most hilarious thing. Generally conservative voters that aren't super conservative have been convinced somehow to prefer Republicans to the right of trump because somehow Trump is a Nazi. It's pretty much proof positive that the general public is stupid as f***

Trump was banned on the major social media sites. Not sure how he was supposed to portray some message over all the other republicans actually in office with access.

If I wanted to read something from Trump you had to go seek it out I guess on truth social, which is somewhere I haven’t checked out. And I’m assuming most haven’t.
