Constitutionally, Roe is an abortion of its own because they stitched together a Frankenstein’s monster of reasoning plus a legal framework that was beyond the scope of the courts to do.

If it was constitutionally sound, we wouldn’t keep arguing it.

First off, a law allowing vigilantes from its citizens to go against the constitution should not be allowed. Whether you like it or not, Roe vs. Wade is still in effect.

If that is overturned, it is another story, but for now it is still in effect.

This is not about being for or against abortion. Like I said before, if we are just going to keep changing the constitution based on which party gets their judges in those seats, it is going to be a crappy wild ride going forward.

Man, someone needed to troll them with a cardboard cutout of Blasey Ford because that'll be the only time any of them will see her ever again.

Like it isn’t already?

At least one side in particular tends to pick decisions then throw justifications out for it, which is an arse backwards way of doing it.

Or taking a legally prescribed drug like Ivermectin . Then it is ok for the Govt. to get between a dr and their patient.

Looks like a half-arse insurrection to me.

Plus, they all have arms, so...

Where is abortion in the constitution?

That's a solid no answer

Literally Hitlers.

So basically, you are pro-abortion all the way up to mid-birth because you believe it's "in the constitution"?

Filthy looking, vile souls whose only true passion seems to be the ability to abort babies without any concern or parameters.

Looks like an insurrection to impede the functioning of our government. I’m sure the FBI will take care it.

honestly surprised they have the balls to stick with "my body, my choice" while vehemently supporting a vaccine mandate. it's currently the lowest hanging fruit when pointing out their hypocrisy. they HAVE to be aware of this, right?

I can't stand the idiots that think there is actually justifiable ground on this "argument." it's not your body. it is quite literally another body. if you don't want to have another person growing inside of you there are some pro tips that can help.
1. don't have sex
2. take birth control

it seems like these are all much better options than surgery... my wife had to have a D&C to remove a miscarriage. not exactly fun for her physically. she was a wreck, emotionally as well. can't imagine killing a live child and having to live with that...
