But I think Moderna has the DNA altering technology though?

People should really stay of the internet, it can be harmful to you Geez !

People really need to do their own research. The VACCINE DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR DNA !

I took the Moderna, No Issues at all.

Only benefits resulted from the Vaccine. My new 6th toe is a blessing, I will never slip in the shower again

Pfizer or Moderna.

My family got both and are fine.

The Johnson & Johnson appears to be less effective. Might as well get one that is a little more proven?

I don't know anyone who was given a choice as to which vaccine they wanted. I wasn't given a choice.

I had the choice between Pfizer and Moderna.

I could have gotten J&J too. But I would have had to make my appointment somewhere else.

Just got the first Moderna. Intentionally sought that one out.

When the DNA altering properties take full effect, I will be like Will Smith in I am Legend.

I will blow you chumps up if you try to invade my fortress or touch my C8 Corvette.

You should go Pfizer. My wife has 5,000 shares of Pfizer.

getting my first pfizer tomorrow. If I were living alone, I wouldn't get it yet. However, with older parents that want to visit the grandkids constantly, my wife asking, and wanting to avoid shutdowns at school...I am getting it. I would get any of the 3. Wanted J&J for the 1 timer, but not available anywhere around here. I am not scared of any conspiracies against it. I have never gotten the regular flu shot. I feel that worst case, this might help reduce the symptoms if I were to get COVID, assuming I haven't already. This isn't political or for fear, this is to appease the wife and doing it for the kids so family will feel better about visiting

I'm old enough to remember the Polio vaccine rollout. I will wait - maybe forever.

Seems like a sensible approach to me.

It would also be sensible to educate oneself on mRNA vaccines before characterizing them as "DNA-altering."

Young healthy people are at very low risk in any event so if they get a shot, it should probably be the single J&J one. It's not as effective, but they are low risk to start with.

I've had the Pfizer shots with no problems.

I hope we get to herd immunity soon. I'm sick of this lockdown, masks, idiot Karens and the sky is falling crap.

I’m kinda in limbo too about what to do about the vaccine. I haven’t had Covid yet although I’ve put myself in several relatively ‘high risk scenarios (I guess, it all still sounds ridiculous to me) like going to restaurants, stores, etc. I guess what I mean is that I’ve lived my life as normal as can be during these abnormal times. I’m not out licking doorknobs though.

That being said, I don’t really have strong feelings one way or another about the vaccine. I’d rather not get Covid so I probably should get the shot. I feel like it’s probably safe, but everything has risk. I really just don’t care one way or another. I may make an appt soon and just get whatever they stick in my arm.

None of these vaccines have received FDA approval. What is the harm in waiting until they have been properly vetted before rolling up that sleeve and getting the shot?

This Nurse's stance as well.

I'm not taking it but most say the Moderna is probably safest from what I've heard from most conservatives that are considering it. I don't know why they say that just passing along

I was lucky I got mine through being classified a medical worker through SPED but the district made it clear we really needed it

It's my understanding that the J&J uses the virus for immunization. Is that correct?

J&J uses a chimpanzee adenovirus as the delivery mechanism.

As far as I'm aware, the Chinese vaccine is currently the only one using the actual COVID-19 virus.
