I'm sorry you had difficulty keeping up. Of course, there was nothing particularly inflammatory about my post but your sensitivity has been noted.

Best of luck with your submission.

Full of shite.

If you have real/valid information, share it and blow the lid off. If what you're saying is true and you remain silent, you're culpable.

But you're just full of shite, sooo...

J&J because it’s a single dose and they spent more time creating it.

Those 2 dose vaccines worry me. There were similar 2 dose trials years ago for types of corona virus and they never got approved because on animal testing it worked initially then every single animal died within 2 years when exposed to the virus again. The vaccine did something that fricked up their immune system long term

Isn’t it the first mRNA vaccine we’ve ever delivered to humans on a wide scale?

Got the Pfizer shot on Thursday. Very little short term side effects. I was told by corporate to get it or else. I need to be able to access all of my customers, many of whom will be allowing only vaccinated individuals in their offices. Im too close to retirement to play games. fully expect to live till something else gets me. Do what you got to do.

Just go get Pfizer or Moderna.

Pfizer:

Where it's made: Developed by BioNtech in Germany

Technology: mRNA

Trial Size: 40,000 people

Efficacy: 95%

Efficacy for those who still got COVID: 100% at preventing hospitalization or death.

Moderna:

Where it's made: 'Merica

Technology: mRNA

Trial Size: 30,000 people

Efficacy: 94%

Efficacy for those who still got COVID: Almost 100% at preventing hospitalization or death. (2 were hospitalized. Zero died).

Johnson and Johnson:

Where it's made: Janssen pharma developed it. J&J owns Janssen. Both are American companies, but are multinational, so I am not sure where it is actually manufactured.

Technology: Virus vector (70's tech)

Trial Size: 40,000 people

Efficacy: 66%

Efficacy for those who still got COVID: 100% at preventing hospitalization or death.

Vaccines in the works:

AstraZeneca:

Where it's made: Developed by Oxford University researchers in England in conjunction with a British biotech firm. AstraZeneca is distributing/manufacturing it.

Technology: Virus vector (same as J&J)

Trial Size: 30,000 people

Efficacy: 79%

Efficacy for those who still got COVID: 100% at preventing hospitalization or death.

Other comments: This vaccine was already put through clinical trials in Britain and in Europe. It was approved by the British government and by an EU scientific panel. However, the FDA requires that foreign manufacturers conduct American trials. AZ just finished their trial here and the above data is data from that trial. AZ is expected to seek FDA approval a week or two from now. The UK government says that over 11 million British citizens have received this vaccine already.

Novavax

Where it's made: All I know is Novavax is based in Maryland, USA. I believe they will have manufacturing facilities both in Europe and America.

Technology: Protein subanit

Trial size: 15,000 people (in the UK)

Efficacy against original COVID: 95%

Efficacy against UK strain: 89%

Efficacy against South African strain: 55%

Efficacy for those who still got COVID: They are saying their vaccine is 100% effective against severe disease in the original COVID, the UK variant and the South African variant.

Other comments: This is different from all the others in that it uses "protein subanit" technology. They are already enrolling Americans for an American trial. I know they are doing trials in various other countries right now as well (India is one). They also are one of the only companies who have tested their vaccine against the UK and South African variants.

It’s not DNA; it’s has the mRNA and it is synthetic not of what the Creator made you. This is the trial period on humans and not 2-5 years on animals. Fauci n Gates roomed together at college. They applied for a patten on these vaccines since 2013. It has nano bots in vaccine and can control what happens to it through 5G and AI. My kids laughed at me, but I researched until I found info. Read you are a ticking time bomb if you take it. Never taking it even if I have to go live in a cave for survival. Don’t you have kids or grand kids to raise? Can’t u see through the crystal ball? It has all been lies.

I’m getting the J&J on Thursday. It’s the old style of vaccines, similar to a flu shot. I’m just getting that one so I don’t have to go in twice.

So this is actually what I was asking for. I don’t want to take the MRNA vaccine - I want to take the 1970’s style old school.

Thank you

The J and J was tested later than the other two from what I'm reading--when variants were in play--and if tested on the same playing field would have similar efficacy rate as others. And the efficacy rate was higher than 66% in the US. I will be getting this one---- it did prevent severe illness and death. Good enough for me.

Pfizer or Moderna. The J&J is only 66% effective

Pfizer and Moderna had very different trials from J&J to determine their efficacy rate. Theirs was done only in the US during the low period of cases.

While J&J's trials were done during the peak and is based worldwide. And also included the viruses variant. The other 2 did not include any variant or mutation of the virus.

All 3 have a 100% efficacy rate preventing hospital visits and death.

I got J&J. It similar to many other vaccines. Moderna and Pfizer are a new type (mRNA) that is probably better, but the just don’t have any long term data yet. So, I chose lower efficacy and many years of building this style vaccine.

This.

No long term data on mRNA effects yet.
