My dealer said "we don't do that" when I asked why my new truck didn't have one. I waited until I got pulled over to go get one. (No ticket, just told me to go get one tomorrow) I made it about 10 months.

Cleco's standard is 24" of cover over the pipe. This can change after the fact if the builder/homeowner adds or removes fill. It is definitely in conduit if it was built in the last 15 years .

The standard practice would be to dig with a shovel until you expose the line. Then you'll know how deep it is and exactly where it is.

I'm pretty sure some people just don't know their own email address.

I have two gmails, a generic@gmail.com and first.last@gmail.com

A high school girl in the midwest with the same name as me was giving everyone first.last@gmail.com for about 3 months

A guy named Matthew in California had my generic gmail as his redbox receipt, mazda dealer email, and campsite reserviation email

I can only assume they had the generic1@gmail.com or something that they either forgot to write down or whoever entered their email address in the system didn't catch
