If he is the nominee, what actually happens?

Biden wins. The court cases don’t matter.

Conviction is a guarantee. The Right knows it’s all a sham; and this will be the absolute confirmation that Systematic redress is impotent. Your guess as to thereafter.

A lot of people on here don't seem to think that's the case, incredibly

Some squishy independents who might have voted for him stay home. Some Republicans who would have stayed home go vote for him. Won't change a thing on the left.

If he wins, left will get violent.

If he loses and will be looking at actual prison time, does someone of prominence call for violence? Does anyone listen?

It will be wild either way.

The Supremes stay the indictment before trial, as election interference

If he loses, it goes away
If he wins, theres hell to pay. A new DOJ drops it, but reopens Hunter

I think people are at a loss to envision what a “conviction” on any of this stupidity would actually look like and what would be the ultimate consequences.

Do you have a good notion? I’m not even being flip. It’s just hard to know what happens then. You think all of his movement is just swept under the rug and everyone will return to some weird notion of normal once it’s all done?

In GA, Rico conviction is mandatory minimum 5 years (or so I’m told).

No. We don;t. It's you few that think this is all a ploy to make him the nominee.

We take it seriously and know they are trying to control the voting, thus the nation and they don;t give 2 shites about your desires.

I've heard on a couple of shows that Dem Secretary of States will use the 14tn Amendment to keep Trump off the ballot.

My point was not about logistical technicalities.

I don't think it will need to get that far.
Lower appeals court will throw it out because every charge is just so ridiculous.

Are you serious? What is a felon? Prosecutors can pin arguable federal crimes on any one of us, for even the most seemingly innocuous behavior. It is all about social control by the executive branch.

And don't even think about dressing up as a Postal Service carrier for Halloween. The problem is so serious that prominent attorney Harvey Silverglate estimated that every American unknowingly commits three felonies a day.

Ever read the book Three Felonies A Day: How The Feds Target Innocent People?

Oh By The Way, if they pin him as a felon, I will do my best to help him get re-elected.
