Bring 'em back, dump in a NYC and when they hurt someone in any way shape or form, have a PC where you annouce to the country you did as the judge asked while waiting for an appeal and let the country know they POS committed a crime, killing someone, etc. and blow the judges name up so everyone knows. Then make sure to let everyone know who the judge was in contact with...
