I had the exact same question. Keeping in mind that this woman is an idiot and we shouldn't over analyze anything she says, this is a provocative statement.

Is she calling for people from northern states to march on southern states, Lord of the Rings style like Aragon marching on the Black Gate?

Or is this more about shipping yankee progs into key districts to alter demographics or voting results?

Either way it's reprehensible, and southern GOP govs, senators & reps should call her out on it. They won't.
