The solution is to ban the BMW. The BMW is an AR 15 in the gun world.

If only you were as adamant about preventing road blocks, barricades and increased security around high traffic areas and events. My guess is you're ok with those.

According to a SJW on facebook:
The reason AR-15’s are used by murderers is because they look like military weapons. The fact that they look like an army rifle and scary illicit fantasies of killing humans in crazy people. They are so scary looking that their appearance somehow beguiles these innocent children and makes them commit mass murder. They can’t help or stop themselves because the weapon looks so terrifying.

Yep. He didn't mention that the 15 means it shoots 15 rounds per second so I don't know what to think.

I’ve seen you ask this over and over to no avail.

I have my own...

Why is it such a pressing issue to ban a weapon that kills a fraction of the 350ish total murders per year committed with rifles but there is zero thought given to banning the pistol? A weapon that kills over 7,000 people per year
And don’t give me the “The rate at which the AR can kill people”. That’s like saying you’d rather me break into ur home and steal $20 every day forever than break in once and take $100

“Other” kills more people than the AR each year

Libtards need to go big or go home...
ALL Semi-Autos or STFU. Anything less isn’t worth your time. Go ahead! DO IT!

Because liberals don't care about Black deaths, only white children.

That’s like saying a Glock 17 and a Glock 18 are the same... what’s the difference???

BATFE considers them VERY different.

Other than 3 round burst, what's the difference

You can buy mil spec, but there are certain brands that cater to that crowd. Most guns are built to commercial specs. Functionally, there is a HUGE difference between military firearms and their civilian counterparts.

I have a .223/5.56 in both hunting rifle and AR. They shoot the same ammo. They’re both semi auto. They’re identical in respect to how fast I can put rounds downrange. The only difference is the ACOG optic on my AR and the 3x9x50 on my hunting rifle. You could easily argue that I’m more deadly with the hunting rifle, as I have a clearer picture downrange and have a longer effective range.

Why is my AR scarier?

They are the exact same thing used on the battlefield. No differences.

Exhibit A: 1 trigger pull = 1 round fired

Exhibit B: 1 trigger pull = rounds constantly fired until trigger released or magazine runs out of ammo

Wrong. It stands for Armalite Rifle, after the name of the company who came up with the original design.

They're sentient and can literally jump out of your closet/gun safe and go on a shooting spree on their own. I'd never allow AR15's in my house, and I sure as hell wouldn't let my daughter date an AR15.

Personally I can only think of one recent mass shooting where a Glock 17 wouldn't have been as deadly as an AR. But saying the damage done at this high school couldn't have been done with any other weapon is crazy talk.

A bomb could have done worse. Or locking the doors with zip ties and burning the place down. If someone is determined to commit a mass murder, banning a gun ain’t gonna stop them.
