Would be interesting on here to have those so in favor of don’t you take my rights away after they have had a loved one or family friend killed this way.

Bet the tune would change in heartbeat. Anyone that says otherwise is full of shite.

I had a relative killed in the school shooting in Erfurt, Germany. And I will never support a weapons ban of any kind, for any reason.

So take your holier-than-thou attitude and shove it up your arse dude.

Are we going to ban belt loops and wooden fowls too?

ETA: I have no problem banning bumpstocks themselves but it won’t accomplish what you want it to.

Eh, using semi auto would be more accurate.

It's the popularity of the AR-15. If you can take away the most popular weapon involved in these shootings it will be easier for them to get rid of the rest of them

Based on what information?

Judges in present time wherein they read a document written over 200 yrs ago where the possibility of such firepower could not be conceived and apply its verbiage to present day.

Muskets, swords and cannons - not the same as present day weaponary, agree?

Exactly. I should only be able to buy weapons that were available during the founders time.

SO, giant bombs (used in sieges) grape shot canisters capable of killing a hundred people in a shot, and my very own warship are completely acceptable.

Link to that distorted document claiming these as the only weapons covered by said document?

You're talking to the dude who thinks ARs should be banned but a Mini-14 is perfectly fine to own.

He's clueless.

I also assume you’d say freedom of speech shouldn’t apply to the internet and freedom of the press shouldn’t apply to TV, Radio, and the internet.

And the 4th amendment should not apply to cars, phones, computers, etc....

How many AR’s do you think there are in the US and how many have been used in mass shootings?
