Good. The less universities the better.

Back in 1900 we had fewer colleges and kids started around age 16 and graduated at 20. It makes sense because lots of jobs don't require a college degree and if college went back to being only for smart kids then they are ready at 16. We have college kids today who can barely read or do simple math.

We need a lot fewer junior colleges in Missouri.

If I were governor, I would close half of them tomorrow.

Colleges are expensive day-cares for misguided teens.

80% who never worked a day in their life expect to graduate and cause conflict in your workplace.

Prompt Engineering is a real thing and will probably be an accredited degree in the near future.

At least 35 institutions of higher education closed down last year. Around 30 shuttered in 2024. About 20 disappeared in 2023. The trend isn’t promising for small colleges and universities.

The number should be much higher. I’m tired of subsidizing Marxists with my tax dollars

Why is it false? The desire for slower pop growth, or no pop growth, isn't necessarily derived from environmental concerns, which is usually the accusation levied by pubs.

Yeah, the world needs fewer colleges that appeal to conservative trades students, have better male/female ratios and get kids thru their first two years at 1/3 (or less) of the cost of starting at a 4-year school.

We need far more people. Of course, we need them from two parent white families, but the truth is the same.

For universities, that demographic cliff poses an existential challenge. Fewer teenagers means fewer college applicants. Fewer applicants means fewer enrolled students. And fewer students means that some universities may not make enough money to keep their doors open.

So we could scrap all the classes and teachers who's majors are non productive.

Then we would have plenty of people who go to college to learn to produce.

Of course we could then not have student loans for minors and majors like
quote:

Marxist and Socialist Studies Minor
University of Maine
The university says that this minor “encourages students to look at the world from a variety of Marxist and Socialist perspectives.” Students are required to take “Marxist Philosophy 1: The Philosophy of Karl Marx” and may choose from other courses including “Transnational Feminisms” and “Feminist, Gender and Queer Theory.”

Or
quote:

Queer Studies
Denison University
This program seeks to “legitimate [sic] academic inquiry into sexuality, sex, and gender, to pose questions of normativity and power, and to foster community with and for historically marginalized groups.” To fulfill the requirements for this useless major, students will take courses such as “Introduction to Queer Studies,” “Queer Theory,” and “Transgender Studies/Transgender Issues.”
or any of this other shite.

It should be a minor in CS at the very least.

All they have done with the teens that go to college nowadays is teach them how to protest and brainwash them into radical far left thinking. Let the higher education system crash already.

They brought this on themselves.

People don’t have time for kids going to college and starting a career.

And the Legislature would rebel against you, because you're taking a big chunk out of some counties' economies
