quote:

America, enjoy your last 20 years as a majority Christian nation.

1) Unless God intervenes I don't think we have 20 years left.

2) This is why the corrupt system has manipulated leftist sheeple into thinking that ICE is the bad guy. Unless we can get these people out of the country we are doomed. And God forbid another Democrat wins the White House. If and when that happens, the Southern border will be opened up again like the Hoover Dam, just like when Brandon was installed.

3) This is the age-old fight of Good vs. Evil. Although, I now see it as the fight of Good vs. Evil vs. Ignorance. There's too many ignorant people who can't even see what's going on.

You’re going to have to show some convincing math to be taken seriously

What does your math say about 1% of the population already winning elections?

Won't take much more for them to do what they always do and run over the useful idiots who are currently championing them.

Your mindset is exactly how all those things that you say will never happen, happen. Cause weak and gay

Do you mean another author? Dan Brown didn’t start writing until the 90s and Angels and Demons and DaVinci Code were the early 2000s.

your right it was hal lindsey's "late great planet earth" in the 70's and then tim lahaye in the 90's with his left behind books.

they also showed 2 movies at mitchell auditorium "a theif in the night" and 'a distant thunder" dramatizations of the rapture from the 70's.

i'd say half the kids at that school believed we were living in the end times and i graduated in 83.

You guys are the biggest bunch of queens ever. You aren't wrong in that this will all come to an end and we are doing everything to bring it upon ourselves but the "2028 will be the last general election" or "Islam will rule in 20 years" is absurd. Islam is of course a problem for the world but our issues are caused by no accountability Godless liberals. Not all liberals, mind you, but they misguided but sane ones have been commandeered by the losers and lunatics.

How so? Just curious. That’s a pretty big statement, and apparently you have some upvoters in agreement, but what’s the basis for this broadly stated conclusion?

If you ever think another nation will take over the Untied States, just youtube Redneck brawles. This is why nobody will take over. Plus the millions of veterans and cajuns who are just itching for a fight.

i'd never heard of the rapture until i went to college in 1979 (ouachita baptist university) it hit it's peak in the mid 80's with the dan brown books.

That's too bad.

quote:

it's not part of the catholic faith, and it's not part of the southern baptist conventions doctrine, but they leave it up to the individual churches.

Catholic - correct Southern Baptist - they teach it.

Rapture means "caught up"

1 Thessalonians 4:13–18 (central text): The Lord descends with a shout, voice of the archangel, and trumpet; the dead in Christ rise first; living believers are “caught up” (harpazo) together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so will always be with the Lord.

Longtime lurker - My one and only post. Voted for Desantis. I'm an NPA. More Libertarian than anything. But Mods, these quotes are all FAKE AF. This is a Facebook post making it's rounds on the internet. I hate all of those fricking idiots but this is just misinformation and BS. I mean...can we have at least basic rules that you have to post ACTUAL true things. Embarrassing AF for the OP and anyone believing. There's enough to hate these fricks without making up ish.

First and last post.

Every one of those quotes is either purposefully misleading or completely fabricated

Time to log off Facebook for a while

"Americans are too small minded to govern their own affairs and must surrender their individual rights to the world order." Barack Obama

Posts twist Obama quotes on international ‘order,’ ‘small-minded’ people

“No ordinary American cares about Constitutional rights." Joe Biden

Bogus Biden Quote Circulates Again

“Candidates with deeply held Christian beliefs are unfit and disqualified from serving as a Federal judge." Chuck Schumer

We have found no record of Chuck Schumer's ever saying, "Candidates with deeply held Christian beliefs are unfit and disqualified from serving as a federal judge." Perhaps the quote originated as a paraphrase of what someone thought Schumer meant when he expressed misgivings about William Pryor's views.

“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction." Barack Obama, from his book Audacity of Hope

A: No. A widely circulated e-mail fabricates some quotes from Obama’s books and twists others.

“I think Sharia law will be a powerful new direction of freedom.."
Hillary Clinton

no source, date or venue has ever been cited for it. It's not to be found in any public speech or interview ever given by Clinton, nor any document written by her, in searchable online databases.

“America is for Muslims." Michelle Obama, 2019

This literally only appears in random Facebook comments if you try to find it

“9/11 wasn't that big a deal." AOC

The quote appears to stem from an article, titled, “Ocasio-Cortez: ‘9/11 Wasn’t That Big a Deal,’” that was published on Daily World Update, a website that describes itself as being part of a “network of parody, satire, and tomfoolery.”

None of these quotes are legit

The only one remotely close to be actual is this one:

quote:

“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction." Barack Obama, from his book Audacity of Hope

But here is the actual quote from the book, which is on page 261:

quote:

Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific assurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.

And this was the line OP started with to have people take him seriously.
