I’ve resigned myself to being underwhelmed, whether it be due to USSF incompetence or a lack of elite coaching interest in the job. I’d rather Cherundolo than someone like Viera. At least we don’t know for sure with the former....

I like Wagner, but he struggled at Young Boys, and Norwich fired him after failing promotion. He’s a decent manager and knows some of the players, but he hasn’t proven to be any more special than any other number of candidates.
