So if Spurs stay up, does De Zerbi stay on next year or is a Pochetino rehire inevitable after the WC?
Chad, you are being disingenuous in this thread.

You debated the original claim just to be argumentative. The Saints play no games west of the Mississippi this year. You know what that poster meant, and he is correct. Every New Orleanian knows the city is in the river’s crescent and that makes the geography nuanced. But we call Algiers and Gretna the West Bank for a reason.

I have been arguing that point from the start.

I’m over this exchange. Claim victory all you want. You’re simply wrong in the context of how this discussion originated.
The Superdome is east of the Mississippi River.
My point hasn’t strayed. The superdome is east of the Mississippi River.
The superdome is east of the Mississippi River.
Only if you’ll accept that we don’t play any games west of the Mississippi River this year as that term is understood.
I absolutely understand what he said
Please explain what I said that’s wrong.
This started as no games west of the Mississippi this year. You said the superdome makes that untrue. As “West of the Mississippi” is implied, you’re wrong and you know it.

You drive from Jacksonville, Fl (on the east coast of the U.S.) to the superdome and you never cross the Mississippi River. It’s east of the Mississippi.
Nov 29 is the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
The superdome is absolutely on the east bank of the Mississippi River.

When people talk about west of the Mississippi on a national scale, NOLA does not apply, even if the local geography of the city makes it more nuanced.

The Superdome is east of the River. Full stop.

Probably not, nor should he.

But if that happens and he had lost in game 7 to Little Rock last year, then yes.

An eternity for an NFL running back. He’ll be 31 this season. He’s way past his prime and Duncan showed that with numbers.

What is a Heritage American then?
Will Pulisic ever score again?
Yes, though it’s uncommon, and the statement was not intended as a knock on Jay as everyone needs talent to win.

First round pick worthy ace is the first step. It simply won’t happen without one.
Jay needs a top flight Friday starter more than anything else. High first round draft pick caliber of pitcher.

Schmidt and Evans are not that and will never be that.

Jay doesn’t win national championships without that. Need a Anderson / Skenes level ace and then a Eyanson / Floyd level second guy. Hopefully more Eyanson than Floyd.

This post is more embarrassing than others’ embarrassment over the shitty baseball team.

Really poor effort.
