So like Joe Biden? He literally is an old school dem from a confederate state.

Exactly ... take a pen and draw horizontal and vertical lines of equal size and there you go. Simple. Then nobody can say anybody was discriminated against. Alabama Congressional lines are a joke.

I've been saying this for a while as well. Rs and Ds are equally guilty of drawing up unimpeachable districts. It's killing us and is directly responsible for the dysfunction in DC.

Fair turn for all the anti-gun blue states not following the SCOTUS decisions in the D.C. vs Heller and the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. City of New York cases

southern democrats were incredibly racist. then democrats nationally wanted to pass this civil rights thing and then boom the south all of a sudden starts voting republican.
This is retarded.

The Republicans were overwhelmingly in favor of the civil rights bill and the majority of Democrats fought it.

So you’re saying that racist Democrats turned Republican because the Republicans were responsible for passing the civil rights bill?

You’re a fricking retard.

This State is divided by race. The Democrats are black and totally focused on handouts, affirmative action, minority contracts, and blaming whitey.

Alabama House - 27 dims and 25 are black. 76 Reps and 75 are white.

Alabama Senate - 8 dems and 7 are black, 27 Reps and all white.

Best just let blacks register as blacks and let them vote dem no matter where they live since they all want to maintain the handout. The rest of the state, non blacks, can divide up the state into common sense economic districts.

Not so sure I’m in favor of this. It undermines our platform to demand leftists follow the USSC rulings as well. We should know they don’t deserve an inch as they will abuse it in full. I’ll take the “L” here to keep the left from using this as an example as to why they should ignore other important proper rulings even though this one isn’t.

If you are a conservative, this should be the last thing you want.

Why do you think that?

See Florida for a perfect example.

Florida's state voting districts map:

In Florida's Senate, 28 of the 40 seats (70%) are GOP. In the House, 83 of the 120 (69.17%) seats are held by the GOP.

Florida's Congressional voting districts map:

18/30 (60%) of Florida's current Congressional membership is GOP and the new map would only increase that.

I'm still not seeing your point.

This. Pure geography with a preference for existing administrative lines.

It’s not difficult.

How is that constitutional“(Quote Timeoday). It ain’t, like ObamaCare was. And all of the electoral malfeasance ignored with the “no standing” bs. The Dems have zero respect for Constitutional Principles; in fact they despise it as limits on their *Democratic* Fascist power. They either Stack the Court to get power or ignore it with things like “Sanctuary Cities). When a rogue Government creates/prints the money it’s game, set and match do Constitutional Freedom. Kiss it bye, minus a violent and painful revolution. Which is the historical norm.
