When the amount of fentanyl needed to kill an adult is the equivalent of 3 grains of salt, that is a shite ton.
I know of two people who died from taking a single oxy tablet that was tainted. Not excusing their behavior, but they didn't expect to die from a single pill.
If you're dealing in fentanyl, you are dealing death.

From a trabsport end , it doesn't seem like a lot, but most of the fentanyl is transported by US Citizens driving across the border smuggling small amounts....but that's all it takes. So 11.5 Kilos can do some serious damage.
