So in just the Albuquerque bust they got 396 kilos of fentanyl pills on top of the 11.5 kilos of powdered fentanyl.
Also had heroin and cocaine.

I don't think it's unreasonable to point out that this isn't even 1/100,000th of the drugs consumed annually. People are still going to get their drugs.
