He's just doing this thread to be an arse because one poster at one point hyped the Atlanta Fed numbers.
Just ignore it.
Just ignore it.

i used to describe this product as "often-touted", which it was, especially when it was above 5%, and a great deal of 2017

I understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. I just don't remember who triggered you do it.

who's triggered- the guy faithfully providing boring numbers, or the people who can't wait to sling adhoms because they don't like it?
Posted on 4/10/18 at 1:02 pm to 90proofprofessional
I love that you just post numbers and make Trumpsuckers melt into oblivion.

He’s posting numbers as they are updated, good or bad. I’m not sure how this thread could be any more objective.

Haha
I thought I would goad you into posting where you posted about the big upward revision to q4 but you really didn’t do it.
Hahahahaha

i'm not a fan of the participation trophy concept, but i feel compelled to tell you "good try!"

Why not both? Are you pretending that you aren't doing this to be an arse?
Posted on 4/10/18 at 1:30 pm to roadGator
why do y'all caterwaul at me so? i'm doing you all a big favor by keeping your expectations realistic. like trump, i love the poorly-educated.
and this is the thanks i get

If you want to deny the reason you are doing this particular thread then fine. I don't understand why you'd deny it but whatever.
Have a wonderful day.

How is GDP going down this is making no sense
Posted on 4/10/18 at 1:42 pm to Iosh
A first quarter reading of 2% wouldn’t really be neww, anyway. Would be a simple continuation of what we have seen for like 5 years

GDP is not going down.
The Atlanta Fed GDP Now forecast went down from it's last forecast. FWIW the Atlanta Fed has been off + 68 basis points the last time I checked compared to its final forecast to the third and final GDP print from the BEA.
It's one of many GDP forecast and somewhat useful to gauge the direction of the economy.
