The NFL is America’s favorite professional sports league, but which of its teams has the most loyal and supportive fan base? This is not a straightforward question. A ranking based on attendance would be skewed toward teams that play in more populated metropolitan areas, and a ranking based on profitability or revenues would be biased in favor of teams that are currently enjoying more on-field success.

The key idea is that we look at team box office revenues relative to team on-field success, market population, stadium capacity, median income and other factors.

I think KC is ranked a little to low. They should be top 10

Before looking at the list, I figured Steelers and Packers 1 and 2

I will read the article now, but still feel that those teams should be much higher

Actually, they are among the best, apparently.

It's hard to take any list like that seriously when the Florida teams aren't dead last.

It's hard to get more supportive than the people of Green Bay who actually own the team.

While I'm no fan of the Steelers, I've got to think that they are rated a little too low. Those people are everywhere showing their team pride. I remember going to the Pittsburgh-Saints game in 2010, and I had never seen so many opposing team fans in the Dome.

Agreed - their place on the list is bizarre if you consider how the Packers are everything to the city of Green Bay itself

Bandwagon =/= loyal

At least we put a good product on the field unlike some of those teams at the top...I guess they gotta feel better bout their sub .500 records somehow

They may not work very well in whatever formula these guys used since their business model is so different from everyone else in the league.
