I’ve been hoarding ammo since inventory replenished after Sandy Hook. Anybody that waits for a crisis to then buy is behind the 8 ball

I'm sure the majority of the hoarders are still overstocked from last time

how do you do it? everytime you went to walmart/academy for something, always say "i'll grab a box while i'm here." or was there a system to it?

If you are just now starting now you are too far behind.
If you show up at my house you better call before you come.

Plenty of stock on hand. Have enough 22 lr to kill every small animal within a couple square miles

I'm good with what I have but my wife asked yesterday if I "have enough ammo". Obviously I said no. Looking forward to a couple good range days in the future.

I've got a few cases of steel shot... which is absolutely useless for trying to kill anything

I stopped buying a year ago. Afraid the shelves in my closet are going to collapse.

I decided to stop at Academy here..... its literally empty short of some low brass shotgun loads. RIDICULOUS. never seen these shelves bare.

Use wikiarms, ammoseek, or pick your favorite ammo supplier (Ammo Man, Midway, etc.), and just make it part of your monthly, quarterly routine.

Or, at least that's what I've been told.

I’ve build two wooden cabinets that are 4’x6’ with shelves for ammo. One on each side of my gun safe. One cabinet is for handgun ammo and one cabinet is for long gun ammo and each shelf is separated by caliber.

Every time I go to academy, bass Pro or walk by Walmart hunting section, I buy a box or two of ammo for a gun I own and have been doing this for atleast 3 years
