I'd go Beauregard Town or Spanish Town probably. Unless I wanted a larger lot, in which case I'm not sure.

Now is the time to move before a gf, wife, kids, job security ties you down.

Go to Denver, Nashville, Asheville, Charlotte, Charleston... if those are your kind of places.
Move to NY, Miami, San Diego if those are your things.

Why stay in a place that's highlights are currently that a Top Golf is coming to town and the Men's BBall team is not terrible?

I'd say it depends where you work.

I work downtown and the 5 minute walk from my house in Spanish Town to the office is quite nice.
