Was in SA for work recently and stayed in the Riverwalk. What a very nice, relaxing area. Brings in tons of revenue, tourism, etc. Great atmosphere, restaurants, and entertainment. Why can’t BR have something like this? There is zero reason. Most will say demographic and ‘culture’ would ruin it...
