Oof. Yeah, I’m the “retarded” one as an Ole Miss fan. Lane made this entire thing about himself. You, LSU fan, can’t see that because he’s your coach. He gave the middle finger to all of his players out the door. And for the record, I’m aware that LSU is a better job than Ole Miss regardless of the era…I think. We’ll see for sure soon. But, I don’t see the “issue” that the new coach wants to make it strictly about the kids in the locker room and not a press conference, about himself, when his predecessor did the opposite. So, figure it out “LSU fan.”

Man, he’s willing to walk out on them after an 11-1 season. I don’t think that would go over well with any of them knowing he’s out. This is not a shot at you personally at all, but I just don’t think LSU fans in general would want this if the roles were reversed with a coach leaving for Bama for instance (yes, I’m a logical OM fan & realize LSU is a better job which is why I chose Bama in that scenario).
ETA: You edited, so I will too. The next coach can retain some of these guys whoever it is. NIL dollars are real, so taking Lacy from OM for instance could happen, but I’d tend to believe he’d agree to the bigger payday. Would that be OM or LSU? Time will tell.

You literally wouldn’t. You cannot allow your coach to leave for an in conference rival, during a playoff run, recruit your players to his next destination, and it be just fine. It makes zero sense.

It wasn’t just the 8 wins that had everyone pissed off. It was the fact that he was going to Auburn as well. The wheels fell off of that season after losing to Bama at home.

That’s just simply inaccurate. Top 5-10 defense last year. Been shaky at times this year, but I’ve seen worse defenses being an Ole Miss fan. Outside of UGA last week, this year’s defense has made stops when needed to win games. That’s all you can ask with a Lane Kiffin offense on the other side. IF, and I know it’s a big if, but if, Ole Miss stops UGA on that 4th & 1 last week, I think we win the game — not a definite but a high probability.
Most of the bigger branded hotels (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, etc.) have already moved in this direction or will be because it's now a brand requirement. Phones in rooms is also a requirement due to safety standards. Alarm clocks still remain but are rarely used by guests from my experience.
Some hotels may be behind on their smart TV upgrade due to cable wiring throughout the hotel. Streaming capabilities for a hotel that has not upgraded to CAT6 could cause issues with picture/streaming quality depending on the size of the property.
