Same places you would live with good money if you weren’t single. You get a nice house and fill it with badass stuff like a bar area, theater room in the living room, personal office, personal gym instead of the stuff women fill married men’s houses with

No way I am going to have a house with upkeep. I love my garage gym, but if single I am going to the gym, its another place to meet girls.

OP I would find a bad arse loft type place or perkins rowe. Wherever I could have a bad arse place with minimal upkeep, but be close to other singles or places singles hang out.
