Our nation's food supply is one thing I'm actually not worried about.

I did laugh at everyone panic buying perishable items though.

Went to a restaurant yesterday at about noon. Only couple the entire time we were there. One other guy came in and got a take out order, that was it.

You do realize that there's a large part of our government that would love to do this right? I'm not saying Democrats created the Coronavirus, but they sure are taking advantage of it. They look at this as their way to get Trump out of office so they are doing everything they can to collapse the economy.

went to the grocery store last night around 8 and they were completely out of meat, eggs, all paper products, most fruits, bread of all kinds etc .... I got up at 6 this morning and went back and they had everything

I had to do the same thing yesterday morning.. We went Friday night, and they were trying to keep up stocking what they had, but it was a madhouse and they were out of meat, eggs, milk.. I asked a worker if they would even get all of those things, he said they had a truck coming in that night, so if I was there at 6 when they open, I could get everything.. Went yesterday morning and got everything we needed..

I went to a bar yesterday and it was packed

But they did have a couple employees constantly disinfecting every stool and table the second someone left.

Also had purel outside the front door.

Yeah i agree with the morning thing.

People want to go late in the afternoon like everyone else.

The shelves are restocked by like 4am

I have mine being delivered this morning from Market Street. We'll see how much of the order is actually fulfilled.

If you’re willing to pay a few more dollars the local stores in BR have plenty of everything.

Maybe it was you that failed civics bruh. The president doesn't have complete control over everthing. The media/left is absolutely trying to use this to collapse the economy

I wouldn't doubt it but as another poster said I think they'll go to carryout and delivery only first.
My kid is the "carry- server" at a major national chain and last night she had more order and made more tips that any time ever!!

Likely will be closing restaurants and such. Already closing down McDonald’s inside seating areas and other fast food business’ and only keeping the drive thru open. Including Chick-fil-A.

So basically turn us into a communist country.

Country boys would be shooting up tired police if they tried to lock everyone down.

I went early this morning like I usually do. It was fine. Just got me some fruit and yogurt. Saw this lady buying a shite load of napkins though. You panic buyers are funny. Plus way less people up that early, less of a chance to catch shite from the people who clearly never owned cleaning products before. Guy in front of me had two big jugs of water and two jugs of bleach.

don't doubt at all that some of them would be willing to temporarily lose a couple hundred million dollars or more temporarily to get Trump out of office.

People keep saying this, but collapsing the economy doesn't mean Trump isn't president and it doesn't remove him from office. I don't think it's even going to effect the way people vote in November. This has nothing to do with politics, or Trump. Are people going to start thinking this would not have happened if Hillary was in office? Lol

I work for a large grocer here in the southeast. I can tell you that if this goes on for another week, food will become a issue.. when we have hurricanes food/ supplies are shipped from other areas of the country, but this is country wide. Buy only what you need!
