I was referring to "serious deniers".
If you need a gun put to your head to believe we landed on the moon, you need to read a book or three.
Skepticism is one thing, but to be unable to accept facts, from multiple resources, would make me question your ability to think.

I get why you’re saying. But that doesn’t change the fact that Apollo 11 had been for years designated as the Apollo mission that would be the first to land on the moon. And its launch window was also set well in advance. The date of July 20 was set, again TWO DAYS BEFOFE Ted Kennedy left his date to drown, solely based on July 20th being the best day to launch from a weather standpoint in the window of time designated for Apollo 11.

It's largely kids who weren't alive when the US made it's moon landings and giant leaps in space travel.
They do nothing and offer nothing to society so they cannot process that others have done much and contributed to society and humanity.
This group of people are for the most part, takers and destroyers, but givers and builders.

And…..we can’t get a human being to the moon now.
We absolutely can. We don't because there's no longer a reason to and it costs so ridiculously much. If something like a magical anti-gravity metal had been found there, you can bet your arse there would already be a mining facility and routine trips back and forth.

Radiation would’ve fried the living daylights out of those guys.
Maybe read up on it before you repeat nonsense. The hull contained passive shielding and the course plotted went through the smallest and weakest parts of the belt while also moving at a fast enough speed that the astronauts were exposed to about the same amount of radiation as we get from taking a few XRays.
And then there's this...
Those are from India's Chandrayaan2 orbiter and they show the modules for both Apollo 11 and Apollo 12 missions. Other countries (China and Russia, for example) have admitted seeing it from pictures from their own orbiters but the pictures from Chandrayaan2 are by far the clearest.
So why would all of these other countries (two of which we are adversaries of) lie about the success of the US going to the moon?

It's a figure of speech, bud. No reason to have it trigger you into a smart arse response.

I understand your point but I would say most of those who simply "accept facts" aren't really the ones doing the thinking and research here. As an example, someone on this thread stated something to the effect of "we can literally see footprints on the moon". A skeptic would look into that "fact" and discover the only way we can see that is from satellites orbiting the moon, owned by the same government agency the skeptic is questioning the honesty of in the first place. Of course there comes a point where a certain level of skepticism is crazy - flat earth is a great example.

No, other governments had craft that verified with photos. Are they part of the conspiracy, too? Wouldn't China or Russia delight in calling us frauds?

Flat earthers and moon deniers are the same person.

I'm aware of other governments like India stating that they can view the landing sites. The example I used was someone specifically saying we can see footprints. From my quick googling here this morning I can only find evidence of that from Nasa's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter which got low enough in 2010 to capture trails of footprints. From what I can see those are the only images that were used as the basis of the "we can see footprints" argument that always comes up.
My point was not that there arent footprints on the moon it was a rebuttal to notion that people who "accept facts" are better thinkers than those who question them and look further.

Stop believing. THINK. In 1972 and afterwards, scientific telescopes and radio communication had advanced to a point where further “untruths” (i.e. lies) wouldn’t work going forward. Put the pieces together and pull your head out of the sand. The gig was up. And they knew it in ‘72. Hence, “all technology to reach the moon destroyed”. Why? But you’ve been there so damn many times without a single failure? THINK people. Obvious and logical: Never happened.
If it was faked, right down to the tv and radio broadcasts, how come the original, unedited footage has never been leaked?
What happened to the scripts?
No tell-alls? Lawsuits?
Give me a break. There is no way that a conspiracy requiring that many people would have stayed uncovered forever.

Your "rebuttable" is pathetic. And only shows how clueless you are.

Lied to us about JFK
Lied to us about Iraq

Lies to us about 2020 but telling us the truth about the moon landing
If we put moon landing with this list, the result is that it happened, but there is likely some significantly scenario-changing facts omitted or lied about that have the potential to upend the narrative if revealed.
I think each of the above have conspiracy-worthy elements, I don't think any of the biggest conspiracy theories for any of them are true.

The old Van Allen Radiation Belt argument. Do you you know who called BS on this, stating that it was possible to pass through the radiation belt? None other the James Van Allen, the guy who the Van Allen Rediation Belt was named for.
So? he's wrong. There's not a shred of proof saying he's right. Where there's decades of proof he was wrong.
and Why isn't Elon Musk saying it can't be crossed?

That's the best you got as proof it didn't happen? They COULD be lying?

A lot of people resort to trying to shut down arguments with insults when they lack the ability to support their side with substance.
Again, I appreciate the people on here who are not moon landing deniers who can actually address the skeptics points with reasonable debate.

that doesn't prove anything one way or the other.

Lol moon landing lol
I guess once we figured out how complicated it all is, it got a lot harder to get there
Cameras and moon buggies with 1960s battery tech that could drive for miles on the lunar surface at -200 degrees. I need those batteries in my 4Runner. It can't handle a couple 15 degrees days.
