You know the guy that shot 3 people in Metairie and 1 in New Orleans??

"We had a female driving on I-10 around Bonnabel who's vehicle was shot up," the sheriff told WWL's Newell Normand. "She actually thought it was hail hitting her vehicle and continued to just drive to her house."
He says when she got home, she realized she had bullet holes in her vehicle.
Lopinto added that fortunately that woman was not injured when Barrette riddle her car with bullets on June 17th just hours before the first killing in Metairie.
There was also a similar case in Kenner.
Kenner Police Lt. Michael Cunningham says a driver was on I-10 and noticed another vehicle following them.

Seriously. I know he played football at John Curtis, then a year at MSU then transferred to Southeastern.
Any chance his actions could be the result of some level of CTE?

A few years ago there was an article about a family from Hattiesburg returning home from NOLA on the interstate and heard something hit their car. When they got home they found a bullet hole on the passenger side front fender. They called the NOLA PD and they were told they would have to return to NOLA if they wanted to file a police report and have the matter investigated. Needless to say they declined due to the apathy of the PD.
