French by a mile.

Virtually every good dish cooked in the Western world has a French technique base at some level.

Probably Spanish, Italian, Japanese, and Lebanese after that - probably in that order.

Hawaii has been its own country for like 99% if its existence. I don’t think we can lay claim to the shite they’ve been eating for hundreds of years before that.

Pretty much every country I've though "that would be delicious"

I'm not sure there has been one that made me think "absolutely not" though I suppose there'd be a few out there

Cajun, Soul, BBQ, and all things alike because I can live a good life off Crawfish, Poboys, Fried Chicken, and Ribs

In addition to andouille, gator, etoufee, oysters, redfish, etc.
