my 2 cents is every firestick i've ever purchased becomes slow as molasses after a few months and no, a factory reset doesn't help.

100% this...I used to have nothing but firesticks but now I buy nothing but Roku
Mets win, not only still have a better record than the Yankees, now tied for best record in baseball.
And that has frickall to do with this season and the future moving forward. No one cares.
Its June 11th and the Mets still have a better record than the Yankees.

downside is that pennant is the only reason Boone is employed to this day.

Must suck to know you had an infinitely better manager in the dugout and you let him go across town.

That’s a horrible take, the acting of the family was an insanely good.

It may have been one person who was so bad that it tainted the whole movie. I would have to watch it again to be sure, I just dont want to do that

In his defense (I can’t believe I’m saying this because SFP is obnoxious as hell) you are being a c unt. You care so little about this subject matter that you had to make a post letting us know how little you care. Narcissistic to a T. So kindly frick off so everyone else can have a friendly discourse about said subject.

I'd rather his post, and dont get me wrong it sucks, than all the predictable, lazy, useless, posts about DEI, trans, gay, etc. They bring nothing to the discussion but attempts to derail it and are the main reason this board has become mostly unreadable.

Back to topic at hand, maybe I just came to it way too late but I find TCM to be horribly overrated and the acting to be some of the worst ever put to film. I just don't get what everyone sees in it. I love horror, this one just doesn't do it for me.

Agree 100% if we go down I am a piggie fan.

Yep, if its not us I will be pulling for them. That fanbase deserves a title.

Where do you people keep getting this from?

Its a very tired argument that is not based in reality

Something we can agree on finally

AI Overview
Baseball is experiencing a period of revitalization rather than decline, with both attendance and viewership showing increases in recent years. MLB attendance reached its highest point in seven years in 2024, and the 2024 World Series was the most-watched Fall Classic since 2017. Additionally, overall revenue for MLB is also growing, hitting a record $12.1 billion in 2024.

Here's a more detailed look:

Increased Attendance:
MLB attendance has shown back-to-back gains for the first time since 2011-12, with a 1% increase in 2024 compared to the previous year.

Growing Viewership:
MLB viewership has also increased, with ESPN's coverage up 22% year-over-year and the most-watched MLB season on the network in eight years.

Rising Revenue:
MLB's overall revenue has reached record highs, driven by attendance, ticket sales, and sponsorship revenue.

Increased Participation:
Baseball participation in the U.S. also reached a peak in 2024, with 17.3 million people playing the sport.

New Rules and Pace of Game:
Rule changes implemented by MLB to improve the pace of play have also contributed to increased interest and attendance.

The one at the gulf shores exit is always busy, but it was ridiculous this past weekend. I told my wife that I want to stop at the new on the way back but I’m afraid to now lol

Buccees is the Chic-Fil-a of gas stations. Don't let the crowds scare you, it flows pretty quick.
quote:

Stopping at that place adds a minimum 45 minutes to a drive.

I have never spent 45 minutes in a Buccees. I am usually in and out in under 15 minutes...gas, bathroom, coffee, food, gone. If it takes you 45 minutes thats a you problem, not a Buccees problem.
But i was assured that LSU was playing on Friday

No cap. But for some reason more than a few people on this board pray for his downfall. It should be called the More Haters Board.

Because you seem too stupid to figure it out yourself...its because of you and your annoying posts. I have no ill feeling towards Judge at all, he is amazing and I even voted for him for the All Star game..you, on the other hand, can go frick yourself.
