If you're talking about someplace you wouldn't want to own a house, start a family, or look for a job, I'd go with Bogalusa or Shreveport.
But if you mean a place with few redeeming qualities, I'd have to say Mandeville: awful traffic, nothing to do, no one you'd ever want to talk to, 50 miles from anywhere. This is a town that fails, and profoundly, to capture any of the good things of either the city or the country.

I was amazed when I learned that they had different swimming pools for the races. The high school even had two different proms. You had a school prom put on by the school that the black students usually attended and you had a white prom that was provided by the white parents. I wonder if that city has ever changed.

Even compared to when I was growing up (it was already a shithole), it's become even more a shithole. It's unbelievable. The entire town looks worse than North BR.
