I feel like you can say that about most places that get brought up in these threads.
I’ve never gone somewhere and thought this place is the worst. Now I’ve been to plenty of places I wouldn’t want to live necessarily, but it wasn’t because I thought “this place is the worst!”

Well I grew up in Kaplan. Yes it is a shithole. But it is not the worst in Louisiana. I mean look at North Louisiana, there are many candidates.
But you can safely put Kaplan in the top 10 to 20.
