I feel like you can say that about most places that get brought up in these threads.
I’ve never gone somewhere and thought this place is the worst. Now I’ve been to plenty of places I wouldn’t want to live necessarily, but it wasn’t because I thought “this place is the worst!”

I concede that Bastrop is a smaller shithole, however there is no place shittier other than the nations capitol when congress is in session.

But you can safely put Kaplan in the top 10 to 20.
