Him having his gun drawn is a moot point to be honest. Him standing in the direct path of the vehicle is the bigger issue, and you can clearly see him standing there in the couple of seconds before she pulls off.
Literally all I’m saying is it was shite tactically, and his shite tactic resulted in this OIS.
Should she have obeyed? Yes.
Should we as a society also say “hey cop who makes 80-100k+, maybe let’s not stand in front of a vehicle or generally fail tactically which causes you to use greater amounts of force. MAYBE we can use our vehicle to block her in. MAYBE we can utilize any of the myriad of other tactics that keep both you and the public safe.

She didn’t have to be obstructing in the first place and forcing the officers to deal with her obstruction.
She put herself in situation, obstructed, and then when officer approached and against the driver door instead of owning her supposed “righteous” actions decided to take off brushing off one officer and hitting another officer who fired first shot in process of being hit.
The left thinks that the moment they decide to stop breaking the law is when accountability should begin for them.

Good Lordt, the fact that any of you a-holes believe that she was trying to ram an officer shows how fricked up this site is. Unbelievable. She backed up to go around the guy and he shot her. Judge, jury and executioner. He’s going to prison.
