Folks. I’m going to keep this real simple.

- If you park in the middle of tha street and block law enforcement, they have a right to detain you for an infraction. If it’s done on purpose, it’s a crime.
- If they are legally detaining you , and you try to get away, you have now committed a crime.
- If an officer is in front of your vehicle and you drive forward while he/she is in front of you, it can be considered clear hostile act and an assault with a deadly weapon, because a vehicle has the potential to cause serious bodily injury or death
- Which can lead to a law enforcement officer using deadly force to prevent you from hitting him or potentially killing anyone else.

If you don’t want that to happen to you, for your safety and the safety of the officer…

DON’T
DO
THAT!!

That’s the best vantage point and shows it’s a good shoot. The video in the OP is way too unclear.

The video with a big arse cedar tree in the way was the best vantage point?

It’s pretty much that simple.

Also, I would add that they had ordered her out of her car and that’s when she tried to flee. The officer was standing in front of a parked car and she made the decision to try and flee, and accelerated at the officer.

Shitty situation for sure, but justified shoot

Yeah, this is unfortunate but a clear case of FAFO. Do I think she was deliberately trying to harm the officer? No. However, she was reportedly purposefully blocking traffic and inhibiting law enforcement from doing their job. The police told her to move, she didn't move, the police told her to get out of the car, she didn't obey their commands. Then when she got surrounded by them, she got scared and tried to drive off. However, she floored it a little too hard, her tires couldn't get traction due to the frozen pavement, and she ended up speeding toward the cop in front of her. He made a split second decision and shot her.

It sucks because she's left behind a husband and children. If she had just gotten out of the car she'd still be alive.

Have any of you idiots considered that maybe she wasn't trying to hit the officer?! That maybe, JUST MAYBE, She's bad a driving because she was a woman??

I know this is a joke, and a good one at that…but I think there’s a possible explanation where this girl freaked out, especially considering the propaganda spread about ICE, figured there were guns, and just lost her shite emotionally.

But if the witness is correct about her leading a protest, that explanation loses merit.

What I see are a bunch of bad decisions on the part of the women and ICE that leads to death. The agents are clearly undertrained and by no means made any attempt to de escalate the situation and put themselves In a bad situation, but the exact same thing can be said about the women.

Calling it domestic terrorism, or a violent attack on the part of the women is reaching. Justified non the less because she did accelerate with federal agent I front of her.

Just dumb decisions all around

Friend imagine if someone like Kamala gets in office and the people puppeteering her use this same organization for "control".

To control illegal immigrants??? We know that’s not happening with her or any other Dem. We would not be in this situation if she and Biden’s Autopen did their jobs and enforced the immigration and border control laws in our country properly.

Tell us what you think ICE is doing beyond their legal authority.

We're basically giving up our own rights at that point because we saying this organization as long as it can be identified as Federal should have the right to force whenever they can "justify" it.

who is giving up true rights when a shooting is legally justified. We have videos of this. It’s not like it’s just the officer’s word on why he shot someone when no one else was around to see what actually happened.

police state people have feared.
enforcing immigration law against illegals isn’t a police state. Stopping the enforcement of our nations immigration laws like the left thru violence, intimidation, and so on is very brownshirt like.

at least a starting point for that unstoppable unquestionable force against civilians.
That is one of the broadest leaps I have seen here.

Insane statement to someone with a mask, no badge number, and just murdered someone in cold blood in a residential neighborhood

Why do blue cities then limit their cops helping up front with these situations? That seems like the worst decision.

And at least local LEOs are trained to manage situations so that they don’t endanger civilians around the incident. Not remotely a fan of an ICE officer taking multiple shots at a vehicle driving away in a residential area.

Absolutely wild this an unpopular opinion on this board. But not unsurprising considering how much bloodlust there is from both political parties these days.

We’ll just keep fighting and killing each other and blaming one another while the rich keep getting richer and nothing changes. But hey, killed that fricking lib, right?

Some cities don’t want this kind of military presence and ICE may not want to coordinate for fear of tipping off operation.

ICE agents and police have 6 months trading (although I’ve read that ICE has an accelerated program now that can get some deployed In 2 months). European police have a 2-4 year training program.

This shouldn’t be hard to comprehend

Yeah, the woman panicked clearly, but this is all spot on

I expect to see a lot of conversations about the scope of ICE’s authority and jurisdiction following this incident.

For sure. Any sane person would agree. But I would think most sane people would agree that she shouldn’t have died just because of that.

get you guys will defend this but if you take a step back and look at the bigger picture this is a scary thing and basically is the police state people have feared... at least a starting point for that unstoppable unquestionable force against civilians.

It’s only a police state because lesbians are driving in from out of state to riot and illegals are allowed to run welfare scams. If this is a normal situation like most states, there’s no “police” state
