That’s not how it went down. His gun was drawn only after she shifted to drive and started going forward (looks like her front wheel spun just a little initially and road slick where both officers were).
Can’t tell for sure what he was doing, but it did look like when walking over to vehicle he was holding a phone like when using the camera before the shift to drive and gas peddle used.

I really dont care about this. Other than I dont think the ice agent shouldnt be held accountable for her death. She made poor choices and the last one forced this ice agent to make a split second decision. She was retarded. This wasnt an assassination like some would like everyone to believe.

You can see shift into drive and tires start moving forward before gun is drawn. One tire almost looked like it spun a little as she gave it some gas. You can also see the officer hit and pushed back just as first shot was fired (maybe just before shot in slow motion video). 2nd shot right afterwards. Only the 3rd shot may have been when officer out of harms way, but it was still done close enough to not be looked at on its own.
