A few years back when legalization was becoming mainstream it was “weed smoke doesn’t smell bad like cigarette smoke”. Naw that shite smells like arse. At least everyone is on the same page now.

100% support. I dont care if someone wants to get high but that crap stinks.
And businesses can set standards for their patrons. These standards need to be raised everywhere.
If Yolanda wants a pancake place that smells of weed she should open one.
Or if she wants to get high and eat breakfast maybe try a gummy.
I hate driving south of 15th street here in Tuscaloosa because of the overwhelming stench of weed.

You can also go to one restaurant wearing flip flops and get kicked out of another for wearing anything less than a full suit.

Businesses can turn away customers for disruptive behavior, intoxication, safety concerns, or failure to follow dress codes.
They cannot refuse service based on race, religion, sex, national origin, or, in many places, sexual orientation.
If they deem you to break any of the first set, they can tell you to GTFO, period. The second set will get you sued, obviously.

It’s always black people doing this in public. And it’s not legal to do so but we don’t enforce laws anymore.
