Head scratcher on fitness property, almost 7 yrs post Laura. Very little movement on the apartments on contraband either, give that half-arse dock/bulkhead a year max.
IMO, many of these commercial properties were underinsured, some took the payout and never intended to reopen.

I worked at the original Darrell's on Ryan Street. I never go back home without getting a sandwich.

umm ok he must have bought it when i moved out the city for a while and i didnt move back until after the hurricane so makes sense
and yea that property could go for big bucks. hell he has a ton of body masters equipment in there that is worth a ton since BM cant be manufactured anymore so would be crazy not to sell them and the whole place.
no telling though.
