It’s because in the womb we’re all females to start with, but testosterone causes men to form and lack thereof allows the zygote to continue to be female. By the time the testosterone takes effect things like nipples have already formed.
An extra FYI: Our buttholes are the first part to take shape of our bodies.

I guess because boobs/nipples are more of a sexual organ for women and they attract men. Women do not look at men’s nipples for sexual attraction.
Most boobs look better in a push-up bra and low cut shirt anyways rather than out in the open letting gravity do it’s thing.

I think it should be legal for women 18 and older to go topless if they choose. Under 18 nope. But still should remain a social norm to be clothed out of decency

That is quite bizarre. A lot of Americans don’t mind letting their kids watch shows where countless people are beaten bloody or murdered. But God forbid a butt cheek or nip make a one second appearance.
People watch so much violent stuff now that they’re quite desensitized to it. Sex, or anything remotely related to it, is considered more uncomfortable to see or talk about for kids.

Honestly, I have thought about this before. I do wonder if it would be such a bad thing. After all, it is completely acceptable for a lady's but to be completely out. Women can wear a bikini thong, that shows absolutely everything short of their vagina. I feel like there could be an argument made that a woman's butt is just as sexual as boobs. Technically speaking, you can show just as much side boob and under boob as possible, just as long as the nipple doesnt show. Then all bets are off. It is weird that I think about it more.
Also, I must wonder, are boobs and nipples taboo only because we've been socialized to think so. I was thinking I wouldnt want my 8 year old nephew going around seeing women's nipples. But is that honestly such a bad thing? Seeing nipples does not mean he has to learn about sex (even though that kid already does smh). What harm would it do honestly
On the other end of that I wouldnt want that to change the bra market at all. I do not want to see 15 year olds uncovered. That is disgusting as all.
Also, I still find it bs that Janet Jackson was blacklisted so much by the entertainment industry. She did not deserve the punishment she was given after that incident.
