re: Morning workout/run
Posted by Brian Wilson on 9/29/26 at 7:54 am to AUVet21
I used to be an avid runner and at that time with young kids the early mornings were the only window I had to get my runs in. By far the most successful days I had were when as soon as my alarm went off I sat up and put my feet on the ground. It sounds basic but it helped get my mind motivated to get up and start moving. Mentally you have to stay disciplined enough to not give yourself an out. Tell yourself to get going and don't 2nd guess it.

Take your time. You can spend a whole day there and walk away still feeling like you didn’t see it all.
re: What’s the MSY airport situation looking like these days?

Breaking News:
Airport is busy at times on days when people travel the most and not busy otherwise.

Same movie over and over again but I can't help it. Count me in.

I really enjoyed it. Definitely much more emotional but it felt a little rushed. I would have loved for it to be another 6-episode season. That being said I felt it ended the story perfect.

No V8. Weak.

Say you've never been to Miami without saying you've never been to Miami.

Loved this show.
re: GLP-1 and Weight Maintenance.

Exercise, eat right and take care of your body. GLP-1 should only be viewed as a kick-starter/aid.
It's like Yogi Berra said, "baseball is 90% mental and the other half is physical." Same logic applies here.

Got it on the list. Peacock has been hitting some homers with The Day of The Jackal, Copenhagen Test and Ponies.

Get a hobby. Something low stress to still hold you accountable and keep your brain active.

Now you get to take advantage of the best part about a TCL TV outside...buy a new one since they're cheap.

If you need a good intestinal cleanout, go for it.

After 2029 season
2026 - Last year pre-arb
2027 - Arb 1
2028 - Arb 2
2029 - Arb 3
Pirates can always offer him a big deal before to buy out the arb years (I know, lol) But he'll either be traded before then or get the big deal after the 2029 season.
