What does that mean "racial inequality is there"?

That whites are purposely withholding funds from these schools to have teachers or books?

the inequality is in the value of intact family-unit between whites and blacks.

Dialogue on race isn't so much talking as listening. Hey, I'm white as the tip of a candy corn but I know a bit of history. There is a valid view suppression has taken place for generations starting immediately after the civil war. While freedom came, so did the need for strict law and order. Follow the chronology. What better way to rebuild the Union than with misdemeanor labor? It happened. Carry on through segregation... Based on law. The war on civil rights, based upon law. The war on hippies and weed with Nixon and Reagan. Prison pops exploded from 200K to over 1 million by the early 90's. Clinton and 3 strikes kept it going. Privatized prisons love judges for filling their hotel reservations. ALEC loves everyone.

Look, many AA are bad apples. We all know it. But when 1 of 3 blacks men will enter the system vs 1 in 17 men for whites, something isn't right.

Dialogue is another term for open your eyes, IMO. Just be open minded. Our city and counties and how it is low level crime is handled today is beyond broken. It's a cattle call and if you can't pay for your petty crime through fines and plea bargained probation, it's a merry go round.

No thank you. I've worked with people of every background and color (21 years in the Army). If I need to have a dialog on race just so I can be lectured on how "privileged" I am, I'll pass.

Good place to start is putting white-collar criminals in University Park (where you live/go to school) into jail, then next up would be all the rich white people who went to SMU who employ illegals. Third would be an unannounced inspection of all (private) SMU dorm rooms, with campus police looking for drugs. Your room first.

Sound good?

SJW's don't want dialogue, they want a monologue.

Rational human beings of all races are ready to move on.

White students, on whole, and black students, on whole, do not have access to the same educational opportunities. The quality of teaching, availability of resources, etc, is not the same between the inner city and the suburbs.

This cannot be denied by any reasonable person.

Now, who's fault is that? As has been posted earlier, many inner city school boards are controlled by black residents. So no, I don't think whites are purposely withholding funds. In fact, I think more than enough money is spent already - it's just wasted.

No white guilt from me, tell Ya that. Didn't cause the mess and can't fix it. But one thing I am is honest. I see what I see and have no reason to hide my opinion under a bush here or anywhere. I think for myself.

Nah, it's lecturing. Let's be honest. Listening will be one sided.

90% of what you get out of education is dependent on the effort the student and their support group put into it. Let's be honest, the Democrats are not trying to legislate equal opportunity they are trying to legislate equal outcomes, and that can't be done. Outcome is all about the individual.

The only dialogue we need to have should be centered around stopping blacks from killing whites at much higher rates.

Blacks are by far more racist by the body count metric.

I haven't read other than the OP and I'll wager that others have commented likewise but "we need to have a dialogue" is code for "you need to STFU and I'm going to tell you how it's going to be "

THIS kind of dialogue is the exact problem. Are AA's simply incapable of obeying the law? There's nothing wrong with the rest of the world that's resulting in rhe woes of AA's. If you want to have a dialogue how about AA's take a good look at themselves and figure out what they're doing wrong and fix their behavior that causes these problems for themselves.
