It's America at large, not inner cities. Mortality rates of young people (not just violent deaths) has more of an impact than what he implied.

It’s funny I was just talking about this with some baw at the spa but it’s because they poison the food supply with all kinds of wild preservatives and Americans are lazy af and also most of us drive everywhere instead of walking

Healthy relatively speaking. Meats are loaded with vitamins and minerals. Beef fat is also an excellent fat source when comparing linoleic acid content vs something like vegetable oil.

Obesity and its many complications it brings. A lot of artificial preservatives, sweeteners, seed oils, etc are banned in Europe. In America they are in literally everything. It matters.

A lot of food additives in the more convenient meals in the US.
And….stress. We don’t take anywhere near enough vacation. Europeans probably take too much.

1. We categorize infant death differently than the rest of the world. Leads to increased numbers of “deaths” with stillborn pregnancy.

We don’t have shorter lifespans than other countries. At least not in the way that you’re suggesting.
Opioid overdoses and gun violence drive premature death. If you’re interested look up life expectancy at 40 or 50 instead.
