This shows you no nothing about West St. Tammany. Cruise up and down the Tchefuncte River and look at the boats on the river along with the ones in the Marinas. Even on the week nights you will see multiple $70-100K ski and surf boats out there enjoying the river.

Who the hell cares?

I don't think Mercedes or their parent company is in the business of making bad business decisions though.

Why all the hate for West St. Tammany? We love it here in Covington. We live in an upscale neighborhood and all of our neighbors are so down to earth and not worried about keeping up with the Jones's. Many retired people over here. They are just like my husband and I, they have settled here for a better quality of life. This is coming from a Nola girl born and raised, Metairie boy born and raised. We built in East St. Tammany and raised our 3 sons there. Built here in Covington 3 years ago and not one regret.

It’s called projection. Those that can’t afford certain things automatically assume others can’t afford said things and decide they are poor and must finance their car for 84 months. They also don’t have a clue how even wealthy people leverage debt and how you must have good credit to buy said things. It’s sad really.

That's exactly why. West St Tammany is just a bunch of fake people worried about one-upping the neighbors regardless of the cost of financial sense for the future. They'll finance the latest douchemobile for 10 years just so they can say they have the better douchemobile than what their neighbor has, and then a few months later they'll refinance with 7 years left on their douchemobile to get the newer douchemobile. St Tammany sucks arse.

Quite a melt over a suburban area there, Chief.

So to answer your question just go look at their lot. There are a lot of 40-50 thousand dollar cars on it and a few showcases cars that make people come look.

The OP could say the same thing about most Ford and Chevy dealerships. The gap between luxury and run of the mill vehicles isn’t very big. Is he that upset about a Ford dealership in Covington?

Chicken needs to Sticky one of these so the Mouth-Breathers can add-to instead of making new pathetic attempts.

You do realize that most of the people who "live" in Covington and many who live in Mandeville are not located in city limits, rather nearby unincorporated areas, correct?

How has the beer bar on the lake doing these days? I liked it when I went shortly after they opened and am itching to go back one evening soon.
