There's too many goddamn soccer mom's on this side of the lake, the dealership can't move anything above an E class. All these deprived housewives are scooting around in vehicles paid with by a second mortgage their loser husbands took out on their home, everything is so fake over here. Buy a goddamn telluride

For those sniffing glue in the back of the classroom:

Mercedes highest selling models are the GLC and C Class. Both typically sell in the mid $40K range. These are the cars that keep Mercedes in business because of volume. Right above these in sales is the E Class right above the $40’s.

So to answer your question just go look at their lot. There are a lot of 40-50 thousand dollar cars on it and a few showcases cars that make people come look.

Mercedes has been flooding the market with crossover SUVs. Some of their lower end ones are pretty lame, but most of their lineup is very good.

E’s are closer to the mid 50s and up unless you are really stingy with options. But otherwise you are correct. The C, GLc, GLB, etc enable Mercedes to open more dealerships in places like Covington.

Right I can’t fathom how someone in a $400k property household could possibly afford a $35k vehicle.

Financially and mathematically, you’re right.

Intellectually, you’re wrong. They deserve it and can make it work either on a lease or 6 or 7 year note, to go along with a 30 year mortgage.

I may finally be in the market since I just paid off my 1980 Green Yugo E series. People laughed when I financed that beauty for this long, but with the no interest I'm the one laughing now

Uhhh... St. Tammany is the wealthiest parish in the state, most of which is concentrated in west St. Tammany. You’re an idiot.

We don’t own a Mercedes. However (trigger warning for my boy Kiwi), I do have a golf cart.

Simple answer, money.

They open a Kia dealership that struggles to sell cars and finally sells to a new owner. New owners come in to try and make it profitable. It fails miserably because the class of people do not want Kia.

They open a Mercedes dealership and it thrives. Why? Money and class. Something this twilight zone of a world we live in today looks down upon.

Don't forget.

It's not just the Covington area, they are drawing in buyers from Bogalusa and Lacombe

Now do Metairie and New Orleans. Lower than The two you posted? Must not be an affluent area.

Using median HH income for your argument is retarded.
