3 they learned with Florance that they werent going to be able to spin anything because trump has his shite together with his response to these things before and after so not worth their time if they cant score points

Didn't take 10 damn days to reach the coast

Moved fast

Hit a "relatively" less populated area

No real lingering flooding or rain threat

But it's been top story on CNN for over 2 days. It's gotten plenty of coverage.

It went from landfall to the Carolinas in like 12 hrs.

A friend up in North Carolina, Raleigh I think, was posting pictures on Facebook of damage he took during a break in the storm. Was shocked, couldn't believe it had made it that far.

It didn’t fit the narrative at the time, sad but true.

No one outside the south and some midwestern states knows anything at all about the land mass between Tampa and NOLA. It shouldn’t matter but it’s true. It’s nothing political.

Florence went to affluent communities.

Florence was a woman's name.

I think it is pretty obvious.

It was rapid forming and it went from a CAT2 to a CAT4 pretty much overnight, but I am sure there will be some guinesses who have some conspiracy theory as to why the media didn't cover it as much.

Southern vs east coast. Media hates the south. This was a bad storm too.

Because Trump was too busy holding rallies and listening to someone crazier than himself talk in the White House. #priorities

What? Yes, snowbirds 100% live there. Just not to the extent of Naples/Ft Meyers.

Not enough time. Only took 3 days. They need a week of build up, commercials.
