We have guards on our rain gutters and ice formed on top of them. Now the rain water backs up on the roof and it's leaking. At least seems to be confined to the back porch.

Look up parts and fix it yourself or get a friend tat can. A&E repair looked at mine, told me a lie about the drum being warped. Gave me a coupon towards a new dryer. Wouldn't take my discount coupon for the labor.
I bought a bearing kit, which is a plastic drum support that's fairly cheap. Replaced it and it still works about 8 years later.
